If something has been on your mind a lot recently and you find yourself ruminating on it, repeating the same patterns again and again, see if you can think about it in a new way.
Get it out of your head and onto paper, and give yourself the time to look at it from all angles. If you’re currently perceiving it as a problem, is there a way to look at it from the perspective of gratitude or from an opportunity to learn?
Would it be helpful to get an outside perspective (be careful who you go to for advice!)? Is this something you need to sit with for a little longer or is it something that’s not serving you and that you can let go of?
