Listen to a podcast on a topic you don't know anything about. There are no rules here. So much of the time we simply continue consuming the same content — especially since we’re so susceptible to confirmation bias. Rather than continuously falling prey to this (though it is inevitable to some extent), go out of your way to expose yourself to new concepts, opinions, perspectives, and viewpoints by consuming new content.

Try to listen with an open mind, rather than immediately dismissing ideas or information that doesn’t align with the beliefs you already have.
