Curious what this Creative Talk is all about?
Get a behind-the-scenes look at what it's really like to run a female-owned creative studio and the things no one actually talks about. Steffi will share practical insights, the highs and lows of creative leadership, and how life's unexpected turns can reshape the way you lead, make decisions, and define success on your own terms.
You'll walk away with:
The courage to leap. What it takes to build something from scratch and the mindset and practical tools that make it work, from strategy and planning to navigating uncertainty with confidence.
A roadmap for the messy middle. Leadership is never a straight line. Expect an honest look at setbacks, pivots, and how to keep going when things don't go to plan, lessons just as relevant in a boardroom as in a studio.
New perspectives on leadership. How life's unexpected turns, especially motherhood, can completely reshape the way you lead, set priorities, and make decisions, and why that's actually a strength.
The secret weapon: community. Whether you lead a team or a business, learn how genuine connections and embracing the power of women supporting women can be the foundation of success.
This talk is for everyone who wants to learn how to lead with more clarity, courage, and community.
